Why Josh Started This Business
I spent over 10 years in the garage door industry before starting Finks Doors & More. During that time, I kept seeing the same thing happen to homeowners over and over.
Someone would call a company with a broken spring or a noisy door. They'd get a tech out who would recommend a full replacement, push add-ons they didn't need, and leave them feeling like they got taken advantage of. That bothered me. A lot.
I started Finks Doors & More because I wanted to build something different. A company where honesty isn't a selling point, it's just how we operate. Where customers get real answers, not a pitch. Where the work gets done right because that's the standard, not because someone is watching.
My faith plays a big role in how I run this business. The values I hold personally, treating people with integrity, showing up when I say I will, doing work I'm proud of, those aren't just business principles. They're personal ones.
If I wouldn't recommend a repair to my own family, I'm not recommending it to you.
